Your mission is to :

  • Ensuring and maintaining good customer contact.
  • Presenting our partners’ activities
  • Making appointments on behalf of our partners
Profile required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to listen and discuss).
  • Good emotional and stress management skills.
  • A real feel for customer relations.
  • Uncompromising empathy.
  • Knowledge of IT desirable
Training and skills
  • Perfect command of the French language, with good oral and written skills.
  • Experience in B2B appointment setting or B2B telephone interviewing is required
  • Bac 1 or higher.
Working conditions
  • Remuneration: Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 / Salary: 850 DT Bonus on targets up to 600 DT Net.
  • Bonus: 100 DT Net / month.
  • Luncheon vouchers : 132 DT / month.
  • Insured transport: Yes.
