Data security and processing

• We undertake to respect the confidentiality of our customers’ data.
• We are committed to complying with the European directives on the protection of personal data (RGPD) and the Tunisian law of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
• An action plan has been implemented to bring us into line with the General Data Protection Regulation ( RGPD/GDPR ) by May 2018.
• Advanced backup and archiving equipment & robust and redundant infrastructure protection and monitoring systems and processes.
• A DPO has been appointed by the CNIL in France, covering all European countries.
• A Processing Register has been set up for each of our customers’ operations
• A Representative within the European Union represents our company as Data Controller
