Advancia Téléservices passes its regulatory cybersecurity audit: dual compliance to build trust

Advancia Téléservices has successfully reached a major milestone in its commitment to information system security: the completion of its regulatory cybersecurity audit, now a legal requirement in Tunisia under Decree-Law No. 2023-17 of 11 March 2023. This audit complements our ISO 27001 certification, thus establishing a multi-level compliance approach that is unique in the offshore market.
An audit that has become a legal requirement in Tunisia
Since Decree-Law No. 2023-17 came into force, all entities concerned are required to submit their information systems to a mandatory annual audit, carried out by experts accredited by the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCS). In the event of non-compliance, financial penalties can reach up to 100,000 DT (approximately £30,000), with increased penalties for repeat offences. Cybersecurity now fully engages the legal responsibility of the organisation.
ISO 27001 + national compliance: a unique double guarantee
At Advancia Téléservices, cybersecurity goes far beyond simple certification. Our approach is based on two complementary pillars:
- ISO 27001 certification attests to an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is structured, documented and regularly audited according to international standards.
- The national regulatory audit guarantees compliance with specific Tunisian requirements, provides independent validation and strengthens our local and international compliance position.
A strategic asset for our international clients
In our BPO and Help Desk environment, our teams handle sensitive customer data, remote access to information systems and GDPR-regulated data flows on a daily basis. This dual compliance — ISO 27001 + national regulatory audit — is a concrete differentiating factor: it reduces cyber risks, ensures operational continuity and reassures our European and Canadian clients in their calls for tenders.
Trust must be demonstrated
Passing this audit is not just a regulatory obligation for Advancia Téléservices — it is a strategic choice. In a demanding offshore market, cybersecurity has become a pillar of governance and competitiveness. A contact centre that invests in compliance invests above all in the trust of its customers.
