Consultant Back office

Job description

You will be responsible for carrying out back office processing to check the compliance of international payments on behalf of financial institutions.

Your role will involve :

  • Analysing the compliance of international payments.
  • Depending on the process in place, processing the compliance of international payments (Swift).
  • Check supporting documents and request them where necessary.
  • Modify funds processing instructions in accordance with the processes in place.
  • Carry out accounting regularisation after validation by the financial institution.
  • Comply with the requirements of the charter of good practice for its activity and the company’s code of ethics.
  • Apply the CSR charter and the company’s various policies and values.

Profile sought

  • Excellent level of French with very good elocution,
  • A good command of written English,
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively,
  • Good dexterity in managing IT tools,
  • Knowledge of international payment mechanisms would be a plus (Swift).

Training and skills

  • (BAC 5) IHEC / ISG / ESSEC in finance, accounting or a related field,
  • 1 year’s experience in a similar position is desirable

Working conditions

  • Remuneration: according to profile.
  • Bonus: half-yearly salary of 0.5 to 1.25 depending on quality and productivity
  • Luncheon vouchers: 6 DT / Day.
  • Insured transport: Yes.
